Planning your dream wedding, Private, Non-Profit, or Corporate Event? The Woodbury Barns & Farm staff will help you make all your dreams come true. From an intimate gathering to a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, The Woodbury Barns & Farm staff will work enthusiastically to make sure your big day exceeds your expectations. Our talented Chefs and their teams prepare all of the food using only the freshest, most seasonal ingredients, ensuring that everything about your event will be in good taste.

Wedding Packages

The Venue Site Fee includes full-day use of the property from 12:00 - 22:00, which boasts professional landscape design. Actual pricing is determined  by number of guests, options and choices.

Private Event Pricing

Pricing is determined by the Venue Site Fee + the actual products & services required. We can host your event whether it be a Private Party, Wedding Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday, Surprise Party, Christening, Bar/Bat/B'nai Mitzvah, Wedding Anniversary, Family Reunion or whatever the occasion may be. Corporate Parties & Events, Non-Profit Organizations, & Charities

We can host your corporate event or fundraiser at the Woodbury Barns & Farm be it a small dinner, a catered lunch, a working breakfast, or simply a meeting in our conference room. Additionally we can host a small intimate dinner party in our B&B or Barn, or a larger celebration in one of our courtyards, on one of our lawns, by our pond, or under the tent in our riding ring. We can also create custom Prix Fixe menus or a la carte options for food and beverage in addition to arranging for special activities such as clay shooting, horseback riding, hot air balloons, lawn games, archery, boating, hayrides, or antiquing. Whatever your needs may be we can accommodate you and your organization. No outside vendors allowed. * Event insurance is required for any and all events at Woodbury Barns & Farm. Clients are required to take out their own policies, separately and distinctly from The Venue's  and Vendor's policies, that name Woodbury Barns & Farm as additional insureds. Outside vendors are not allowed and must be approved in advance by Woodbury Barns & Farm in writing if and when any acceptations are made at The Venue's sole discretion. All vendors will be subject to a 20% Service Charge on any and all products and services provided with regard to the event. Outside vendors are also required to sign a vendor service agreement, non-compete agreement, non-disclosure agreement, general waiver & release, and must carry their own event insurance, separately and distinctly from The Client's and/or The Venue's, with Woodbury Barns & Farm listed as an additional insureds. Additionally, vendors will be required to provide adequate proof of all appropriate client correspondence, invoices, permits, licensure, compliance, & credentials.
