Our Historic Bed & Breakfast has six guest rooms, three and ½ baths, a charming living room, a dining room area, a library, gym, spa, stone terrace, fire pit, and a gourmet kitchen. The B & B is available for you and your wedding party or family to stay in and create a magical wedding weekend.

Venue Site Fees
Thank you for considering Woodbury Barns & Farm for your upcoming event. We would love to help you create an unforgettable occasion filled with many lasting memories. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a complimentary initial consultation and tour of our historic property. A non-refundable fifty percent deposit of The Venue Site Fee + CT Sales Tax and a non-refundable 20% Coordination fee on the total Venue Site Fee is all that is required to reserve your intended date. The prices below are for the Venue Site Fee only and do not include invitations, printed materials, wedding websites, food & beverage / catering, rentals, florals, or any other products or services. Please inquire at WoodburyBarnsAndFarm@gmail.com for events under 50 or over 350 guests which may require special permits. The Venue Site Fees listed below are valid until January 01, 2020.
Last minute dates between now and the end of 2019 for remaining open dates may qualify for substantial discounts if booked immediately and paid in full.

* Event insurance is required for any and all events at Woodbury Barns & Farm. Clients are required to take out their own policies, separately and distinctly from The Venue's and Vendor's policies, that name Woodbury Barns & Farm as additional insureds. Outside vendors are not allowed and must be approved in advance by Woodbury Barns & Farm in writing if and when any acceptations are made at The Venue's sole discretion. All vendors will be subject to a 20% Service Charge on any and all products and services provided with regard to the event. Outside vendors are also required to sign a vendor service agreement, non-compete agreement, non-disclosure agreement, general waiver & release, and must carry their own event insurance, separately and distinctly from The Client's and/or The Venue's, with Woodbury Barns & Farm listed as an additional insureds. Additionally, vendors will be required to provide adequate proof of all appropriate client correspondence, invoices, permits, licensure, compliance, & credentials.
Event Coordination Fees
Our wedding & event coordination services are dynamic and comprehensive so as to minimize the time and stress involved in planning large-scale events. Leave everything to us as we assemble the appropriate vendors, products, & services and both coordinate & schedule all of the myriad details. This one-stop shopping is all at once convenient, efficient, cost effective, full-service, and stress free. Additionally, our uniquely tailored events can be customized to fit within almost any budget and guarantee your complete satisfaction! Most of the time, the only responses you will need to answer are things like yes, no, I like it, I don’t like it, can we get more options, and of course... I do!
In order to assist with cultivating an event that fits within your budget, we have assembled a comprehensive offering of diverse packages & vendors as well as dynamic Venue Site Fees that slide based on the number of guests attending your event. The fees includes extensive use of The Venue and grounds for your special occasion which may include anything from a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to an elegant private dinner, a festive family celebration, corporate function or any other type of memorable event.
When you book your event at Woodbury Barns & Farm we include a personal Event Coordinator / Planner who will plan and style your entire event as well as see it through from concept to completion. The Event Coordination Fee is a non-refundable 20% of your total Event Cost, due in part at the time of contract signatures. Our experts will look through your inspirational photos, websites, Pinterest boards, & other source materials to gain an understanding of what you are envisioning. They may then design a visual proposal to outline the look and feel of your day. After that, you will select vendors and they will create a detailed schedule, budget breakdown, and/or a Scope of Work. Customarily, your Event Coordinator will be your only point of contact throughout the entire planning process and will handle all schedules, contracts and deposits in addition to ensuring that someone will be there for you on the day of your event, from the moment you arrive on the property until the entire event is over. Additionally, they can help to walk you through the selection of and negotiation with all vendors and for all products & services. Everything will be based upon your vision, desires, needs and budget requirements in order to facilitate ease and convenience as well as to ensure peace of mind and the best possible value. Your special day should be nothing less than everything you have always wanted!
